Droanda
In the early days post Cataclysm, rumors began to spread across the face of Anim, of a land to the north, where newly-changed rodentfolk had burrowed out homes, hidden from view and fiercly defended. Though they were just rumors, the mass migration of rodentfolk began with an unmatched speed. Within the decade, those few individual homes had exploded in size and then, as those burrows were connected and expanded and built upon, the first of Droanda's Great Burrows was formed.
Modern Day Droanda is home to its eight Great Burrows, with countless acres of farmland (and many a hidden farm-burrow) cast across the hills between them. The rodentfolk of Droanda tend to be suspicious, but not unkind to strangers, and though they rarely invite travelers within the underground burrows, there are plenty of places for topside campsites, and all of the Great Burrows houses at least a few travelers inns, among the topside structures.
