The Path of Persistence

A student spends hours in the library, studying complex material, determined to pass their exam. A soldier practices their fighting forms, every day without fail. An adventurer marks off the fifth year in the search for an item of legend.

Nothing worth doing is ever worth giving up on; that is the motto of Persistence. This Path holds its roots in the ideals of determination and, at times, stubbornness. Followers of Persistence will almost never abandon any effort they've begun, making them highly-sought-after in certain workforces. They make excellent adventurers, in many ways (though they do tend to have slightly higher mortality rates, as they do not willingly walk away from a quest once started) and can make surprisingly excellent assassins and spies, as the ones that survive tend to quickly learn how to think on their feet and find their own advantages in tricky situations.

Symbology

The Path of Persistence is most strongly associated with the feet, as an homage to the steady determination of an unmovable stance, and also the echo of your past efforts in your prior steps. Other symbols often include great towers and walls, or other objects that resonate with the concept of a massive, immovable presence.
