The most obscure of all the nine, the Principle of Regard is no less important. This Principle is characterized by the belief in the inherent value of everything that exists. To those who walk the Path of Regard, the world, both civilized and natural, has the right to exist, and it is their job to protect that right. This Principle abhors acts of destruction and beware his gaze if you deign to walk a path of destruction. Followers of this Path do not fear a fight, but they do tend to avoid outright killing whenever possible. After all murder is a destructive act, and to claim another's life is typically viewed as the worst sort of disregard.
